On January 25, Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, went to the Seventh Engineering Project Department's Xundian Fenghe Demonstration Ranch (Caobaizi Ranch) to inspect and guide the work.

At the construction site, Gu Yongmao inspected the land excavation, surveying, foundation pouring, and steel structure, and inquired about the project node targets; at the project site, he understood the living environment and food conditions of the employees and held a project promotion meeting.

Regarding the overall advancement of the project, Gu Yongmao required: First, the thinking must be clear and the plan must be meticulous. The Gantt chart should be detailed according to the daily work content and goals, so that the work is targeted and effective; second, overall planning should be carried out to achieve parallel construction of the entire project in different zones; third, key technical personnel must be ensured, especially those in surveying, excavation, formwork, steel reinforcement, foundation bolt pre-embedding, and secondary pouring; fourth, confidence and courage must be maintained. Under the condition of tight deadlines and heavy tasks, everyone must work together to move forward; fifth, the opportunity of the country's vigorous development of rural animal husbandry should be seized and the momentum should be maintained.
