On January 21, the company held its 2021 Safety Work Conference and the full meeting of the Safety Committee. Members of the company's leadership team attended the meeting, which was presided over by Yang Pengyong, member of the company's Party Committee and vice general manager.

The meeting summarized the safety and fire protection work in 2020 and arranged and deployed the safety and fire protection work in 2021. Gu Yongmao, secretary of the company's Party Committee and chairman, signed 2021 safety production responsibility letters and fire safety responsibility letters with various units respectively.

The meeting emphasized that the company's current professional sectors have expanded coverage, increasing the number of hazard sources. Issues such as large personnel turnover and rushed project deadlines remain extremely serious. All units must raise their political standing, fully understand the severe situation facing the company's current safety production and fire protection work, implement responsibilities at all levels, and make every effort to do a good job in all aspects of current safety production.

In his concluding remarks, Gu Yongmao gave full affirmation to the company's safety production work in 2020. Regarding this year's safety production work, Gu Yongmao required: First, strengthen the study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on safety production, improve ideological understanding, strictly abide by the safety red line, and effectively protect the lives and property of the people; second, strictly implement the company's various safety management systems; third, work hard on technical schemes and safety measures to ensure that no safety accidents occur; fourth, strictly implement the "one post, two responsibilities" system and strengthen safety responsibility awareness; fifth, strengthen warning education and training, and strictly adhere to the "four nos" principle for accidents; sixth, strive to create a batch of safety benchmarks and establish a batch of safe and standardized construction sites.
