The Group held an exchange meeting on the application of the DingTalk system

On the morning of December 6th, a working application exchange meeting for the DingTalk system was held at An'er Company, attended by Wang Xiaofang, Deputy General Manager of the Group.

At the meeting, An'er Company, as the development cooperation unit of the Group's migrant worker real-name registration management platform, showcased the application results of the country's first digital migrant worker real-name registration system, jointly developed with DingTalk since March 2019. This system, built on the DingTalk platform, integrates DingTalk's attendance management technology and An'er Company's proprietary ID card recognition technology, facial recognition technology, group accident insurance system, and migrant worker salary direct payment platform. It efficiently integrates management data, breaking down information barriers between production management, human resources, and finance departments. This solves the long-standing problems of inaccurate attendance and salary data and information asymmetry for migrant workers. It provides a digital solution to ensure migrant worker wage payments and address wage arrears, significantly reducing the pressure on construction companies to guarantee migrant worker wages and maintain stability. It comprehensively promotes the efficient operation of migrant worker management mechanisms in construction companies.

Wang Xiaofang spoke highly of An'er Company's digital application of the DingTalk platform. Combining the current situation of the Group's development, Wang Xiaofang pointed out that DingTalk is superior to other office systems in use, offering greater plasticity and better implementation of the Group's "four guarantees, one control, one cultivation" project management requirements. The DingTalk migrant worker real-name registration management system, in particular, makes the entire labor chain more transparent, more effectively protecting the wages and rights of migrant workers.

Wang Xiaofang requested that all Group units: 1. Attach importance to the promotion of the DingTalk system, achieving in-depth application and creating more information and digital benchmarks. 2. Utilize the DingTalk information system to strengthen project safety and quality management, contract management, bidding and pre-settlement management, further improving the company's refined and standardized management level. 3. Strengthen learning and exchange, effectively addressing difficulties and pain points in the process of enterprise digital transformation, and transforming the achievements of informationization into an important way to promote high-quality enterprise development.

At the exchange meeting, An'er Company also showcased the equipment and material management platform developed based on the DingTalk platform, as well as production management, office collaboration, and other management applications. It was introduced that DingTalk is a low-code development platform that allows companies to conveniently develop management applications independently, making information systems better suited to the company's management culture and requirements. This provides new ideas and directions for the upgrading and transformation of the Group's information system.
