Given the complex construction conditions of the Ninth Water Purification Plant, Yang Pengyong and Xu Yanlu required: First, strengthen communication with the design and the client to accelerate the relocation of ground pipelines to create conditions for civil engineering construction and the subsequent installation of processes and equipment.
