The official water delivery of the Chenghai emergency water supply project will fundamentally solve the historical problem of the continuous decline of the lake water level due to rainfall being less than evaporation, thus achieving the goal of fundamentally governing and protecting Chenghai. The project's total estimated investment is approximately 5.5 billion yuan, with a planned average annual water supply of 6816.6 cubic meters in the near future, and an average annual water supply of 2198.7 cubic meters in the long term.

The Chenghai emergency water supply project section 1, participated in by the company's Sixth and Third Engineering Project Departments, has created several records in the domestic water conservancy industry and the company: the largest modular spliced floating dock pump station in the country, which is also the company's first successfully launched and operated floating dock pump station; the company's first installation of a large-diameter buried universal joint expansion joint in a geologically active fault zone; the first construction of an anchor cable structure slope anchor system building; the first installation of an airbag water hammer protection system in recent years; the installation of large-diameter steel pipes on steep slopes with large height differences... The overcoming of these technical difficulties has accumulated rich experience for the company in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, and has played a good role in promoting the company's better and faster high-quality development.
