The Luang Prabang-Vang Vieng Expressway is a vital link of friendship between the Chinese and Lao people. We are immensely honored and proud to participate in its construction and are determined to deliver the best possible results! This is the shared sentiment of all staff working on the Luang Prabang-Vang Vieng Expressway project.

From 3 the month we officially commenced construction to today, all members and teams of the Wanwan Expressway Traffic Safety Project Zone 1 have been working hard for nearly 6 months. During the project's progress, we have faced daily challenges including harsh weather, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the discomfort of being in a foreign land. However, the team's enthusiasm has not waned due to these adverse factors. The wolf spirit and plateau iron army spirit cultivated over many years by Er'an people have supported us to continue to forge ahead in the face of difficulties, dare to challenge, actively promote project construction, and ensure the orderly progress of all work. Through these days of hard work, we have basically completed various tasks such as guardrail installation, isolation fence installation, and traffic sign foundation pouring. At the same time, we are also preparing in an orderly manner for the launch of concrete guardrail production, highway traffic marking, and highway traffic sign installation, laying a solid foundation for the 12 month 2 Lao National Day, ensuring the smooth opening of the expressway and presenting a National Day gift to the Lao people on behalf of the country and the group.

Although victory is in sight, we will not declare victory until the very end. We must continue to stand our last watch, complete the final tasks, and fight this final battle to deliver a satisfactory result to the Lao people and the company.

For project members, the Wanwan Expressway project is just a short experience, but the spirit of perseverance, resilience, and hard work demonstrated will surely continue to ferment and sublimate in our hearts, influencing our future lives!
