The relocation and technological transformation project of the Honghe Cigarette Factory, including the construction of water supply and drainage networks, roads, and a logistics plaza, is the fifth project that the First Engineering Department has undertaken for Hongyun Red River Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd. The cumulative contract value 1.67 billion, and the contract value of this project is 5112.8 ten thousand yuan. This project includes water supply and drainage network engineering, 4.6 square meters of roads, a logistics plaza, and supporting facilities. The project started on-site construction on 2020 year 6 Month 11 day, and the project duration is 210 days.

The commencement of this project marks another step forward for the First Engineering Department in the Yunnan tobacco market.
