The first phase of the upgrading project of the No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant in Kunming City, under the Sixth Ministry of Industry, has commenced smoothly.

6 Month 4 Day, the Kunming No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I Upgrading Project undertaken by the Sixth Construction Department commenced construction.

Before the commencement ceremony, the design unit conducted design handover and drawing review for the project. The design institute responded to questions from the contracting unit, supervision unit, and construction unit regarding the design drawings. The contracting unit put forward project construction requirements, and the design unit and supervision unit made corresponding statements. The manager of the Sixth Construction Department made a statement on behalf of the construction unit.

It is understood that the original Phase I project of the No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant, constructed by the Sixth Construction Department, began commissioning and operation on 2019 Year 10 Month 2 Day, 2019 Year 10 Month 31 Day preliminary acceptance, and has been in trial operation for half a year. The smooth operation and trial operation of the original Phase I project have been highly praised by the owner, creating favorable conditions for the smooth undertaking of the Phase I upgrading project.

The contracting party for the Phase I upgrading project is Kunming Dianchi Construction Management Co., Ltd. The project is located in Kunming No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant, utilizing the effluent of the No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant to reach Class A A standard tailwater, applying "spore transfer technology" to achieve the governance goal of total phosphorus index ≤ 0.05mg/L in the effluent of the existing water purification plant upgrading section. The design scale totals approximately 6 ten thousand m ³ /d . The project content of the Phase I upgrading project includes civil construction, equipment procurement and installation, HVAC, process piping, electrical and automation installation and commissioning, after-sales service, and other technical support. The contract duration is 150 days to be ready for commissioning, and after commissioning and acceptance, it will be handed over to the owner. The total contract price is 4489 ten thousand yuan.
