5 Month 25 On the day, Sun Yanke, the deputy manager of the company, went to the Yilu Gongbu Mile Honghe Cigarette Factory to investigate the relocation and technological transformation project.

 

Sun Yanke first went to the project construction site to inspect the boiler room, fire protection system, water supply and drainage network, roads, and logistics square construction. He carefully listened to the project management personnel's report on the project's progress, existing problems, and the next work plan, and learned in detail about the overall situation of the current project construction. Combining the actual situation, he made a detailed division of labor for the problems that urgently need to be solved at the present stage, assigning responsibilities to individuals to ensure the smooth progress of the Honghe Cigarette Factory relocation and technological transformation project.

On behalf of the company leadership, Sun Yanke expressed gratitude and affirmation for the hard work and achievements of the on-site staff and put forward five requirements: First, all management personnel of the project department should unify their thinking, enhance their understanding, clarify their thinking, and continuously improve the team's cohesion and combat effectiveness. Second, we should carefully coordinate the owners and labor teams to complete the tasks of each node on time, with high quality and efficiency. Third, strictly follow the group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree" requirements, constantly find gaps, make up for shortcomings, and implement them, grasping various management work with a rigorous and meticulous attitude. Fourth, in accordance with the company's management system, implement the Dingding migrant worker real-name registration management system. Fifth, we should continue to carry forward the spirit of the plateau iron army, the wolf spirit, and the craftsman spirit, create highlights, achieve results, and strive to create high-quality projects to establish a good brand image for the company.
