5 Month 16 Day, Party Secretary Wu Qian led a team to the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics Anning Campus Phase I construction project sub-project 2 Fire protection and ventilation project for on-site investigation. Gan Yong, chairman of the trade union; Sun Jinyao, secretary of the discipline inspection commission; and Sun Yanke, deputy manager, participated in the investigation. Wu Qian and her team first went deep into the construction site to check and understand the specific work of project progress, quality and safety, and civilized construction. Then, through a meeting, they listened to the project management team's introduction of the overall construction situation, including the project contract amount, personnel situation, construction content, payment situation, and planned completion time.

Secretary Wu Qian, combining the overall project situation, put forward five requirements for the on-site management team: First, for the problems found at the project site, we must have the determination to solve them thoroughly, carefully sort out and analyze the reasons for the problems, make timely corrections, strengthen safety management, and promptly feedback the rectification results to the company after rectification. Second, pay attention to food safety and hygiene, and ensure the living security of on-site construction personnel; third, summarize and share good experiences in grasping technology, quality, and safety in a timely manner, pass on good experiences to young people, continuously cultivate the learning ability of young people, and allow young people to improve and achieve results in the project; fourth, management personnel should command on-site, coordinate well, perform their duties, earnestly implement the "four guarantees, one tree, and one control" project management requirements, contribute to the steady and orderly advancement of project construction, and at the same time, achieve mutual learning and make self-learning a constant pursuit, improving the management level of various aspects of production and operation through learning, and continuously improving their own comprehensive quality; fifth, continue to improve the in-depth application of the DingTalk information management system in various basic management work, and earnestly carry out the management of the real-name system for rural workers. It is hoped that the project department cadres and employees will earnestly promote various tasks, work actively and diligently, and successfully complete the construction of the engineering project.
