At the study session, led by Gu Yongmao, Chairman of the Board, Wu Qian, Party Secretary, Cui Yongzhi, Manager, and Sun Jinyao, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, everyone studied the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on the Work of Grassroots Organizations in State-owned Enterprises (Trial Implementation)", "Regulations on the Implementation of the Overall Responsibility for Strict Party Governance by the Party Committee (Party Group)", "Methods for the Assessment and Evaluation of Party Committee (Party Group) Secretaries' Performance in Grassroots Party Building Work (Trial Implementation)", and "Notice from the Company's Discipline Inspection Commission on Urging the Study and Implementation of the "Negative List" of the Central Eight-Point Regulations by Provincial State-owned Enterprises" and other documents and relevant typical cases of violations of discipline and law.

Xu Yanlu stated that, through studying the "Regulations" regarding the overall requirements of "controlling the total number, optimizing the structure, improving the quality, and giving full play to the role" in the development of Party members, combined with the company's cultivation of technical personnel, it can also be cultivated according to the "sixteen-character" overall requirements.
