Luban Prize——Dianxi Applied Technology University Headquarters Construction Project 1# Yun Education Building

Located in Haidong Mountain New Town, Haiyue Street, Dali City, Dali Prefecture, the Dianxi Applied Technology University, in which the Second Engineering Project Department participated in the construction, 1 is the only applied technology university in a minority ethnic area in the country, jointly built by the Ministry of Education and the Yunnan Provincial Government, with the central government clearly designating the Ministry of Education to contact and support poverty alleviation in the border mountainous areas of western Yunnan. It shoulders the historical mission of national poverty alleviation and development and promoting employment. 1# The total construction area of Yun Education Building is 4.46 ten thousand m ² ，total height 75.8m ，engineering cost 1.45 billion yuan. Among them, the underground negative 1 floor to negative 3 floor is used for garages, civil defense, and equipment rooms. The main building is above ground 1 to 10 floor is the graphic center, 10 to 14 floor is the cloud education center, 15 to 17 floor is the office area, and the annex building is the conference area (different functional areas have independent traffic). The building is built along the mountain, staggered and orderly. In particular, the exterior facade is arranged in a staggered manner according to the functional area, forming a "box staggered superposition" structure with a strong sense of rhythm, which is the iconic building of Dianxi Applied Technology University. The project started on 2016 year 6 month 8 day, and completed on 2017 year 12 month 26 day.

National Excellent Engineering Award (Overseas)——Vientiane Dongmakay Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Renovation Project, Laos

The "Vientiane Dongmakay Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Renovation Project," in which the First Engineering Project Department participated in the construction, is an industrial plant building mainly composed of water pools, supplemented by other supporting structures, steel structures, and pipelines. The total land area is 21621m² ，total construction area 2521m² ，newly built road area is 2521m² ，newly built drainage ditch length 1650m 。The main structures include: water distribution wells 1 sets, horizontal flow sedimentation tanks 1 sets, V type filter pools 1 sets, and clear water pools 2 sets, all of which are reinforced concrete structures. The main buildings include: water supply pump room, dosing room, backwashing pump room and blower room, comprehensive building, and substation, all of which are frame structures. The project decoration is simple ordinary decoration, the roof is a red tile sloping roof, and the roof truss is a light-weight square steel roof truss.

China Installation Star——Jian Gong New Town Commercial Building Water, Electricity, Fire Protection, and Ventilation Installation Project

The "Jian Gong New Town Commercial Building Water, Electricity, Fire Protection, and Ventilation Installation Project," constructed by the Third Engineering Project Department, is located in the southwest of the information industry base in Kunming Technology Development Zone 53# plot, is a component of Jian Gong New Town, and provides Yunnan Construction Investment Holding Group with diverse property forms and convenient living supporting facilities. The project construction content is 5 office buildings ( 1# 、 2# 、 3# 、 4# 、 5# ) and 1 apartment hotels ( 6# ), with supporting underground (three-story) parking spaces, equipment rooms, and shopping malls. At the same time, this project won the "Yunnan Provincial Excellent Engineering First-Class Award".

Yunnan Provincial Excellent Engineering First-Class Award——Jian Gong New Town Commercial Building Water, Electricity, Fire Protection, and Ventilation Installation Project and Laos People's Army 103 Hospital Aid Construction Project

The Laos People's Army 103 Hospital Comprehensive Medical Building and Chinese Expert Building building installation project, in which the First Engineering Project Department participated, is a complete set of foreign aid project provided by the Chinese Ministry of National Defense to the Lao People's Democratic Republic free of charge. The project is located in Vientiane, 103 hospital, with a total construction area of 24756 ㎡, including a comprehensive medical building (main building 11 floors, annex building 3 floors), a Chinese expert building ( 2 floors), and equipment rooms. It is one of the four comprehensive hospitals in Laos. The key modeling objects of this project are the clean areas of the operating room (Class 100 operating room 1 rooms, Class 10,000 operating room 4 rooms, and positive and negative pressure switching operating rooms 1 rooms) and supporting clean equipment rooms. The public corridors and equipment rooms in the ward area have also been optimized.

Yunnan Province, participated in by the Seventh Engineering Project Department 2013 - 2017 Year Urban Slum Renovation Project (Phase I) - Baoshan Qingyang District Phase II Slum Renovation Construction Project is located in the Dongpa Village of Da Baozi, Longyang District, Baoshan City. This project is one of the key projects of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, Baoshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and the Group, and is a people's livelihood project. The project includes 24 residential buildings, 1 kindergartens, 1 property buildings, with a total construction area of 259482.56 ㎡. Among them, above ground 222302.56 ㎡, underground 37180.00 ㎡; I Section 122552.06 ㎡, II Section 136930.50 ㎡.

The Dianzhong Equipment Manufacturing Park Project, participated in by the Third Engineering Project Department. This project has small factories 8 buildings, each with a construction area of 12234 square meters, and floors 6 floors, medium-sized factories 4 buildings, each with a construction area of 17900 square meters, and floors 4 floors, large factories 2 buildings, each with a construction area of 42576 square meters, and floors 4 floors, small dormitories 5 buildings, each with a construction area of 3750 square meters, and floors 5 floors, large dormitories 3 buildings, each with a construction area of 6650 square meters, and floors 7 floors, executive dormitories 1 buildings with attached buildings, construction area 24520 square meters, and floors 12 floors, attached building 2 floors, research building 1 buildings with attached buildings, construction area 13218 square meters, and floors 9 floors, attached building 2 floors. The executive dormitory building and the research building share a basement with a construction area of 13000 square meters. The total construction area is 350710 square meters. The planned project is located in the Changshui Community, Dabanqiao Town, Kunming City, Kunming Dianzhong Air-Port Industrial Park 16# plot, adjacent to the park 105 No. Road to the north, park 15# No. land to the east, park 106 No. Road to the south, park 17# land to the west.
