The first chill of winter has arrived, bringing with it a series of cold spells—the coldest time of year in Jinan. To ensure the safety and well-being of frontline workers during this period, on December 24th, company Party Secretary Wu Qian, Chairman of the Trade Union Gan Yong, and their team visited the Jinan project department to express their care and concern for the frontline workers, delivering warm winter supplies to help them stay warm and comfortable.
At the project site, Wu Qian inquired in detail about the working and living conditions of the employees in the harsh weather. On behalf of the company, she expressed her gratitude to the employees who have been working diligently at their posts in the cold weather. She then put forward three requirements: First, the project department must implement effective safety management, carefully investigate and eliminate safety hazards during winter construction to ensure both project construction and personnel safety. Second, employees should engage in continuous learning, adhering to the principle of "learning by doing and doing by learning," combining thought and action to cultivate their practical skills and management capabilities. Third, the project should prioritize talent cultivation, continuing to implement the mentor-apprentice management model to cultivate and identify young talent, enhancing their enthusiasm and initiative in project management, allowing them to gain experience and grow quickly through practical work.
The deep cold of winter is warmed by acts of kindness. Although located outside the province, the frontline workers deeply felt the company's warmth and care through the leadership's thoughtful concern.
