On the afternoon of November 4th, members of the company's Party and government leadership team held their sixth Party Committee theoretical study group meeting, in accordance with the company's Party Committee's annual theoretical study plan and the Group Party Committee's notice on holding a special democratic life meeting to draw profound lessons from the Qin Guangrong case.
This meeting focused on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, further deepening the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, tightening and strengthening the responsibility for governing the Party, firmly establishing the "four consciousnesses," achieving the "two safeguards," drawing profound lessons from the Qin Guangrong case as a warning, and effectively strengthening the leadership team's own construction, continuously purifying the political ecology, and continuously improving political awareness and political ability, to promote high-quality leapfrog development in Yunnan with a sound political ecology.
During the study session, members of the company's Party and government leadership team took turns sharing their thoughts and conducted a serious and thorough study of the communiqué of the 8th Plenary Session of the 10th Provincial Committee, the Party Constitution, the "Regulations on Accountability within the Party under the New Situation," the "Several Guiding Principles on Intra-Party Political Life under the New Situation," and the "Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China." The goal was to align their thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee's deployment and requirements for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, laying a solid ideological foundation for holding a good special democratic life meeting.
