The 80-meter flare tower for Package 3 of the Lao Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. refined oil project in Vientiane, Laos, has been successfully hoisted.

9 Month 10 Day In 100 Amidst the rumble of the crawler crane, the finished oil refining project's accident flare burner slowly rose, and in a short time, the burner was hoisted into place. Thus, the entire plant's landmark independent unit project, with a top elevation of 85 meters, was successfully completed.

The flare tower and flare body of the flare system, constructed by the First Construction Department, were the first unit project to commence for the Laos Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd.'s finished oil refining project, Package 3, the entire plant's storage and transportation and public utility system installation project, and also the tallest landmark building in the plant. Under the careful planning and strict organization of the project department and the joint efforts of all employees, the flare tower was successfully installed. The completion of the flare tower installation symbolizes that the Laos Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd.'s finished oil refining project has entered a full sprint stage.
