7 Month 8 Day Morning 8 At o'clock, new employees arrived early at the multifunctional report hall. Liang Tao, the company's safety director, gave a comprehensive safety education to new employees based on the "Safety Production Law" and relevant company laws and regulations, combining practical examples from the company's development. He emphasized that everyone must always keep safety production in mind, as safety is no small matter.

In the afternoon, Sun Jian, the head of the company's manager's office, first systematically introduced the work of the manager's office to the new employees and gave a detailed introduction to the work that might be related to the manager's office in the future. Then, focusing on the spirit of the law and its application in life, he used rich and interesting examples to conduct humorous and witty legal publicity and education for new employees.

Following this, the person in charge of the company's integrated service center gave a detailed introduction to the dormitory regulations and the functions and use of the access cards to the new employees. Then, Instructor Fang Xueqing from the Yunnan Provincial Fire Command Center, using numerous shocking photos and data from a large number of fire incidents, enabled new employees to understand the importance of fire safety. He also provided knowledge on how to prevent fires in different situations, how to better rescue themselves in the event of a fire, and how to cooperate with rescue efforts.

7 Month 9 Day In the morning, company leaders held a meeting with new employees in the multifunctional report hall. At the meeting, the head of the Human Resources Department extended a warm welcome to the new employees and introduced the leaders attending the meeting. The leaders attending the meeting offered their best wishes to the new employees and expressed their expectations for them. Gu Yongmao, the company's Party Committee vice secretary and chairman, introduced the company's situation and asked the new employees to demonstrate their hard-working spirit, work at the grassroots level, cherish their positions, love their work, and contribute their light and heat to the company's development.

 

In the afternoon, the person in charge of the company's Party Committee work department conducted training for new employees on corporate culture, the development and management of reserve cadres, and how to become a Communist Party member. The training first introduced the group's culture and development, and then, combined with 2018 the company's establishment 60 anniversary celebration, introduced the company's cultural concepts and corporate spirit. New employees were required to remember the group's common code of conduct: love their jobs, cherish their positions, be honest and trustworthy, and operate legally. The training then introduced the company's qualifications and cadre training mechanism, encouraging new employees to study hard, love their jobs, and strive for a better tomorrow under the leadership of the company. Finally, the process of joining the Party was introduced, encouraging new employees to actively improve themselves and draw closer to the Party organization.

7 Month 10 Day In the morning, Cui Yongzhi, the company's Party Committee vice secretary and general manager, gave a speech on "New Starting Point, New Journey, New Challenges," combining his own experiences to encourage new employees to find the right direction, work hard early, and remember that opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. During the training, General Manager Cui introduced the company's strength and long-term planning based on its qualifications and current situation. In terms of operations, the company will consolidate and further develop the domestic market, continue to focus on developing the overseas market, and strive for outstanding achievements in the overseas market; in terms of production, the company will adhere to the talent concept of "people-oriented value creators," encourage the use of four types of talents, insist on training cadres at the grassroots level, select talents from the grassroots level, and continue to do a good job in cultivating young cadres. Finally, he emphasized that the company can provide every new employee with opportunities for career success and wealth accumulation, and that choosing to join An'ersi is the right choice.

7 Month 11 Day to 7 Month 12 Day All new employees, accompanied by relevant staff from the Human Resources Department, participated in a two-day outdoor expansion training at the Wolf Outdoor Expansion Training Base. During the two days of training, the new employees were divided into four groups, and through continuous team-building projects PK , which cultivated the team spirit of the new employees and enhanced the feelings among them.

 

 

12 On the afternoon of the day, after the expansion training, Wang Fei, the deputy secretary of the company's Youth League Committee, held a "renewal of the joining ceremony" with the new employees, sang group songs, and shared relevant knowledge about the Party and the Youth League.
