During the training, Mr. Xu focused on relevant regulations and group management systems, the preparation and precautions for safety special plans for high-risk sub-projects, and calculation cases of major hazard projects in recent years 3 aspects, demonstrating relevant calculations and verifications of pipe jacking construction in underground excavation projects and conventional lifting and hoisting. At the same time, a deep explanation was given on the systematic concept of major hazard special plan preparation, the main contents of the special construction plan preparation for major hazard projects (project overview, preparation basis, construction plan, construction technology, construction safety guarantee measures, construction management and personnel allocation and division of labor, acceptance requirements, emergency response measures, calculation documents and relevant construction drawings), and matters needing attention in the relevant procedures.
