According to the League Constitution, this year the company has 5 members who have left the Communist Youth League due to exceeding the age limit. Comrade Xiao Feng, a representative of those leaving the League, enthusiastically recounted his story with the League. Leaving the League but not the heart, retiring but not fading, as the reserve army of the Party organization and a shining symbol of youth, joining the Communist Youth League was a new starting point in our lives. We hope that everyone can also regard leaving the League as a new starting point on the road of life, remembering our original aspirations, forging ahead, and striving to become a glorious Communist Party member as soon as possible.

At the end of the leaving-the-League ceremony, the Youth League committee organized the members leaving the League and the participating youth to renew their oaths of joining the League, and prepared a copy of the Communist Manifesto as a souvenir for those leaving the League.

Youth League activities are an effective medium for enhancing the vitality of the vast number of League members and showcasing their talents. During this year's commemoration of the May Fourth Movement, the company's Youth League committee organized a WeChat public account publicity competition themed "Youth Heart to the Party, Saluting the Great Times." After the final vote count, the work "The Sharp Edge of a Sword Comes from Grinding, the Fragrance of Plum Blossoms Comes from the Cold" by Comrade Chang Shuangfeng of the Third Engineering Project Department --- Youth is for struggle" won first prize, the works of Comrade Diao Wanzhong from the Eighth Engineering Project Department and Comrade Yi Jiajun from the Gold Structure Processing Center won second and third prizes respectively. In order to deepen the Party building and leading the Youth League building, and to allow the vast number of young people to deeply understand the company's Party committee's concern, care, and love for young people, this Youth League activity specially invited Xu Bo, Party secretary of the company, to give a Party lesson to the company's Youth League members and young people. In the lesson, Secretary Xu explained from the perspective of young people, starting from the "four confidences," "four consciousnesses," and "two safeguards," connecting theory with practice, and explaining the basic theoretical knowledge of the Party in a simple and easy-to-understand way; when talking about how young people should grow, Secretary Xu started from six aspects: "establishing aspirations," "diligent study," "cultivating morality," "self-reliance," "innovation," and "seeking truth and pragmatism," telling stories from his own experience, guiding young people to think and reflect, and hoping that young people will continuously improve themselves in their future lives and work. In the last part of the Party lesson, Secretary Xu raised the issue of how to succeed.
