    On the eve of May Day, Yang Pengyong, member of the company's Party committee and deputy general manager, gave a party lesson to the party members and active party members of various projects at the Dongyan project in Laos.

Comrade Yang Pengyong, centering on the theme of "Reviewing Party History and Remembering the Mission," led everyone to review China's humiliating history since the Opium War, and recounted how the Communist Party of China, since its founding, has united and led the people in arduous struggles, composing a magnificent epic that inspires awe, encouraging party members and cadres to remain true to their original aspirations, live up to their mission, strengthen their beliefs, and build confidence. When reviewing the company's 60-year journey, Comrade Yang Pengyong said, 60 Over the years, people of Er'an have actively explored, continuously reformed and innovated, gone global, and actively participated in international competition, becoming active practitioners of the Group's "going global" strategic thinking, taking solid steps to open up international markets and expand external exchanges. At the meeting, Comrade Yang Pengyong analyzed the risks of the company's overseas engineering production and operation work at the current stage, and provided guidance on risk identification and prevention for the company's overseas engineering projects. He required each project to ensure that production safety and business operation risks are controllable, and emphasized communication and coordination with foreign workers (Laos, Vietnam), finding the right methods to prevent conflicts. At the same time, the construction site should pay attention to ecological environmental protection and comply with and implement local ecological environmental protection requirements.
