3 Month 22 Day, the company held a 2018 Annual Comprehensive Assessment Meeting in the third-floor auditorium. To thoroughly implement the work requirements of the Group's Party Committee, the Group's cadre assessment team seven conducted assessment and evaluation work at the company. Company leaders and extended leadership team members, heads and deputy heads of various functional departments, members of grassroots leadership teams, and some employee representatives attended the meeting, which was presided over by Xu Bo, secretary of the company's Party Committee.

 

 

According to the Group's requirements, the assessment team conducted assessments of the company's 2018 annual leadership team and team members, Party building work, Party conduct and integrity building work, ideological work, secrecy work, selection and appointment work, probationary period cadres, and standardized construction of qualified Party branches, and conducted a comprehensive and systematic check and assessment of relevant account books.

 

Kong Xiangkui, deputy head of the Group's assessment team, made requirements for the assessment at the meeting. He pointed out that the comprehensive assessment is an important work method and effective means to promote changes in work style and promote the implementation of work. It plays an important role in strengthening the company's leadership team and leadership personnel team building and promoting the company's sustainable and healthy development. He required: First, we must attach great importance to this comprehensive assessment, actively cooperate, and ensure that the assessment work achieves results; second, the participants should use the power in their hands with a highly responsible attitude towards the Party and the people's cause, be conscientious and responsible, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts in evaluation, and truthfully provide accurate and effective data to ensure that the assessment results are fair and objective; third, we must strengthen responsibility and commitment. Leading personnel should, with an attitude of being responsible to the enterprise and the organization, reflect their true situation and ensure that correct evaluations are made.

 

At the meeting, Xu Bo, secretary of the company's Party Committee, made a 2018 report on the annual Party committee work and Party conduct and integrity building work on behalf of the company's leadership team. Members of the company's leadership team made reports on their work, integrity, and responsibilities, and probationary cadres made work reports. Participants conducted democratic appraisals and assessments of the leadership team, team members, probationary cadres, and personnel selection and appointment work based on the reports on work, integrity, and responsibilities of the company's leadership team members.

 

After the meeting, the Group's assessment team held individual talks with members of the company's leadership team, some middle-level cadres, and employee representatives to listen to their opinions and reviewed relevant materials and account books, putting forward suggestions for improvement on existing shortcomings.
