Company leaders visited the Laos Zhongdongyan project to provide guidance.

3 Month 7 Day On , Mr. Gu Yongmao, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Yang Pengyong, Vice General Manager, and Mr. Li Huijun, Assistant General Manager, held a project promotion meeting at the Lao Zhongdong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. refined oil project site. Project management personnel from the Seseta Industrial Park project under construction attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Chairman Gu Yongmao, on behalf of the company's party, government, trade union, and group leadership, expressed cordial greetings to the employees of the First Engineering Project Department who have been steadfastly working in the Laotian market. He also pointed out that this year marks the tenth year of the company's normal operations in the Laotian market. All employees of the project department should cherish the current business achievements, maintain a sense of crisis, remember the importance of "being prepared for danger in times of peace," and fully understand the significance of the oil refining project to Laos' national defense and economic development. Mr. Gu made six requirements for the current Laotian projects: First, carry forward the company's fine traditions of "unity, hard work, high quality, and innovation," seize opportunities to strengthen and expand the Laotian market, and build the project department into the main force of the group's installation sector in Laos; second, resolutely implement the spirit of the group's and company's annual employee representative conference; third, use the market influence of the Laotian petrochemical project construction to promote the company's expansion into overseas markets; fourth, accelerate the construction of the Seseta Industrial Park base to contribute to the company's leapfrog development; fifth, be sure to grasp the safety production of ongoing projects, and earnestly follow the group's requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree," and plan and prepare in advance for newly signed contracts; sixth, in view of the particularity of overseas projects, carry out overseas project party building work in an organized and planned manner to promote the successful completion of various production tasks.

Vice General Manager Yang Pengyong emphasized the importance of early planning for the ongoing projects of each department, including the organizational model of the project management team, the selection of construction teams, and the assistance in personnel deployment, to ensure that all ongoing projects are completed smoothly while ensuring safety and quality.

Assistant General Manager Li Huijun reported on several newly signed project contracts and made arrangements for the current project organization and production work of each department, putting forward specific requirements for the signing of subsequent construction contracts and the organization of construction teams.

Finally, the branch secretary of the First Engineering Project Department expressed sincere gratitude to the three leaders for taking time out of their busy schedules to visit and express their concern for the Laotian project, and on behalf of all participating employees, stated that they would unswervingly implement the spirit of the group and company's employee representative conference and make every effort to implement the company's strategic thinking of establishing a strong presence in Laos and expanding into overseas markets.
