At the meeting, the Market Development Department reported on 2018 the bidding and winning situations of various grassroots units in the year, 2018 the company's and various grassroots units' business indicators and contract value completion situations; reported on the performance entry and audit approval situation of the company's integrated platform, and reported on the follow-up implementation of major projects; and conducted a comprehensive analysis and summary of the company's 2018 year's business work completion situation by region and specialty. Regarding the 2018 annual work summary and 2019 year's key work deployment of various grassroots units, the leaders attending the meeting held enthusiastic discussions, reaching a consensus through sufficient communication, and the meeting achieved its expected results.

Kong Xinghu, the company's vice general manager, summarized and analyzed the company's 2019 annual business indicator achievement situation, and proposed six aspects of 2019 year's work focus: First, the two-level business teams should establish a proactive and responsible awareness and eliminate the mentality of waiting, relying, and asking; second, various grassroots units should adjust their business strategies and ideas, further strengthen independent business operations, especially in the traditional industrial field; third, strengthen the collection and tracking of major projects and improve the quality of bid preparation; fourth, strengthen internal cooperation in business work; fifth, continuously strengthen learning and strengthen business risk control from the source of business; sixth, establish the concept of guarding the site is expanding the market, and strengthen on-site construction management to drive secondary business operations.

Yan Wenyong, the company's Party committee secretary, spoke and made three requirements: First, there should be a sense of responsibility and urgency, and further improve the work style; second, carry out business work in accordance with the law and regulations, implement the group's common code of conduct and the eight central regulations; third, strengthen integrity and self-discipline, understand the bottom line and know awe.

Finally, Chairman Gu Yongmao delivered an important speech at the meeting.
