The company held a poetry recitation contest themed "New Era, New Atmosphere, New Achievements" and watched the film "Amazing China".

On the afternoon of May 9th, to further study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to vigorously practice Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to guide employees in singing the praises of the 40 years of reform and opening up, and the tremendous changes and great achievements in Yunnan's "three positioning" construction, and to sing the praises of the significant achievements made by the group in promoting reform and development, a poetry recitation competition themed "New Era, New Atmosphere, New Achievements" was held in the third-floor auditorium. The competition was hosted by the company's Party committee and co-organized by the company's trade union and Youth League committee. After primary and company-level selection, a total of 7 contestants entered the finals. The finals invited company leaders, functional department leaders, and grassroots party organization leaders to form the judging panel. The company's main leaders, Kunming-based team members, and expanded team members attended the competition. After fierce competition, the first, second, and third prizes were won by Gao Han from the Tenth Engineering Project Department, Wang Yaxi from the Ninth Engineering Project Department, and Deng Qinyuan from the Third Engineering Project Department, respectively.

This recitation competition strictly followed the requirements of the group's study and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, closely focusing on the theme of "New Era, New Atmosphere, New Achievements," conveying positive energy. The poems recited by the contestants were divided into two categories: famous works and original works. The poems used phrases such as "My motherland, with towering mountains," and "Chinese culture, the dictionary is the nation's dictionary, idioms are Chinese idioms" to praise the patriotism and national spirit of the Chinese people; using phrases such as "Using universal truth to explore a moderately prosperous society, using reform and opening up to build a platform for development, the firm belief in the four confidences, guarding a great sentiment, the strategy of scientific development, making distinctive China shine," "But he did not forget his original aspiration, resolutely shouldered the banner of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. His dream is not the dream of an ordinary person, but the dream of thousands upon thousands of Chinese families," "This sacred moment leads the ancient Eastern country into a new era," and "We have the ambition to win, we are not afraid of strong opponents... We have high morale, and our mission must be accomplished" and other powerful verses to look forward to the beautiful vision of realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation depicted by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, reiterating the mission and responsibility of being children of JianTou.

After the recitation competition, the documentary film "Amazing China" was played. The film, based on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, showcased China's great achievements in the past five years under the new development concept of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing, demonstrating the great struggle of the Chinese people on the journey to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and highlighting the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. It united the tremendous strength of the entire Party and the people of the whole country to continuously advance towards the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It allowed all those present to deeply feel the strong sense of pride as Chinese people.
