Commencement of the Baoshan Yongchang Jingyuan, Yongchang Ruiyuan, and Yongchang Cuiyuan Construction Projects (Yongchang Ruiyuan Construction Project Section 12)

On April 1, the Yongchang Jingyuan, Yongchang Ruiyuan, and Yongchang Cuiyuan construction projects of the Ninth Construction Department in Baoshan City (Yongchang Ruiyuan construction project section 12 {Plot 2}, {Plot 3}, {Plot 4}) commenced construction.

The Yongchang Ruiyuan construction project has already started. This project is located at the intersection of Zhengyang North Road and Yongchang Ruiyuan North Road in Longyang District, Baoshan City. Plot 2 has a land area of 33392.04 ㎡; Plot 3 has a land area of 26253.52 ㎡; and Plot 4 has a land area of 47992.15 ㎡. Plots 2, 3, and 4 have a total of 2232 households and a total construction area of approximately 391324.06 ㎡, including 299829.66 ㎡ above ground. The basement level is a parking lot with an area of 91494.4 ㎡. This project is the fire protection and HVAC engineering for the Yongchang Ruiyuan construction project.

Construction of the ventilation shafts for the basement, and the reservation and embedding of fire protection pipelines have begun in Plots 2, 3, and 4.
