The Laos Sun Paper project has entered the single-machine trial operation phase

After nearly half a year of hard work by the project department's technical personnel, the high and low voltage substations of the Laos Sun Paper Industry's 300,000-ton/year broadleaf pulp bleached pulp board production line project were successfully energized and entered the single-machine commissioning stage, providing a guarantee for the start-up test run in mid-to-late April.

The project's 10KV substation project mainly includes 19 10KV switchgear, a DC device and a computer operating system, two 10KV/750V transformers, and four 10KV/380V transformers. The low-voltage part includes three low-voltage substations with a total of 156 medium and low-voltage switchgear, respectively controlling the wet part, dry part, and finishing part of the entire production line of the pulp board workshop.

In order to better complete the energization task, the company's deputy chief engineer, Dao Limin, led the high-voltage commissioning team to the project site and worked together with the on-site construction personnel. After more than three days of tense and orderly debugging and testing, the energization work of all substations was successfully completed on the evening of the 24th. After 24 hours of power-on test operation, everything was running normally, and it officially entered the single-machine commissioning stage.
