The Eight Ministries organized a comprehensive training program on project management.

Recently, led by the heads of the safety, quality technology, and budget departments of the Eighth Construction Department, a training session on comprehensive project management knowledge was organized for the heads of various ongoing projects and construction management personnel before the resumption of work after the Spring Festival.

This training session served three purposes: first, to summarize the experiences and shortcomings of various aspects of work in 2017 and to propose work plans and requirements for 2018 based on specific issues; second, to reiterate the various new regulations issued by the company in 2018 and to strengthen requirements for the construction management process of each project; and third, to unify the specific requirements for safety, quality technology, materials, and NC integrated entry in the construction management process of various ongoing projects. At the meeting, management personnel exchanged management experiences, learned from each other, improved together, and complemented each other's strengths and weaknesses. This provided an opportunity for young project managers to learn from experienced and capable seniors, and also facilitated the understanding of the management situations of other projects among project managers.

The comprehensive project management knowledge training effectively enhanced the understanding of company and department-related documents and regulations among employees of various ongoing projects. It helped employees to apply more professional knowledge and standardized operating procedures to project management based on their own positions, laying the foundation for effectively improving project management quality and level.
