　　May 27th was a day to witness a miracle. The Dali Prefecture Three Reservoirs Connected to Erhai Emergency Water Supply Project, approximately 42km in length, after the persistent efforts of 16 companies and 40 days and nights of hard work, finally turned the impossible into reality. Today, the water finally flows!

 

　　At around 11:30 am, with the sound of firecrackers echoing through the sky, the Three Reservoirs Connected Emergency Water Supply Project was successfully put into operation as scheduled. At the water delivery ceremony, Dali Prefecture Party Secretary Chen Jian, Deputy Party Secretary and Governor Yang Jian, Party Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager Liu Guoqiang of the Group Company, Executive Deputy General Manager Wang Qing, and Deputy General Manager Zhang Jun delivered speeches. They expressed their heartfelt respect to every JianTou person who contributed to the Three Reservoirs Connected Project.

 

 

　　Looking at the clear water flowing from Ci Bi Lake into Erhai Lake, it showcases the collaborative efforts of 12 sections and 16 companies. Recalling the end of March when An Er Si accepted the mission, facing this severe challenge, the company's morale was high. Young tigers need a tough challenge to prove their strength. An Er Si was not afraid of challenges, "respond to the call, fight when called upon, and victory is certain!"

 

　　An Er Si's Sixth Engineering Project Department took on this glorious mission, selecting elite personnel and preparing materials. From the initial land acquisition and surveying, the project department actively communicated and coordinated with the local village committees to ensure compensation was provided to every villager. On April 4th, at dawn, the Dali Prefecture Three Reservoirs Connected to Erhai Emergency Water Supply Project Section 11 officially commenced. From topsoil removal and steel sheet pile support to trench excavation and pipe welding, the project department reasonably arranged each process, strictly controlling safety, quality, and progress during construction.

 

 

　　With a tight deadline and heavy tasks, coupled with complex terrain and changeable weather, the project department encountered many difficulties in construction: the Ciju River arch pipe section, the Yong'an River casing pipe section, and the Huanhai Road breaking road section. What to do? Give up or seek help? No! The word "give up" is not in An Er Si's dictionary. After several internal meetings and communication and coordination with the command center and supervision units, the project department determined a comprehensive and systematic construction plan and carried out day-and-night construction operations. Pile drilling and grouting, foundation pouring, and pipe prefabrication were completed on time and with quality. They also built temporary roads, set up protective nets and warning piles to ensure the safety of pedestrians. With the concerted efforts of all project members, one difficulty after another was overcome, and one danger after another was conquered!

 

　　On April 6th, in accordance with the unified deployment of the Group's Youth League Committee, under the slogan of "Overcoming difficulties, youth leading the way!" the An Er Si Section 11 "Wolf Tooth" Youth Assault Team's flag officially flew on the shores of West Erhai Lake. Young and energetic, the Three Reservoirs project, we take on the challenge today! After 37 days of hard work, at 5 am on May 13th, the entire line was successfully completed. The "Wolf Tooth" youth, fearless of hardship and fatigue, sang songs of youth with their loud voices and shouldered the heavy burden of the "Three Reservoirs Connection" with their strong arms!
