Party Lesson on Integrity: Cui Yongzhi Speaks to the 12th Construction Department Party Branch

On the afternoon of November 18, Cui Yongzhi, the Party Committee Vice Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the company, delivered a special party lesson on integrity to the Twelfth Engineering Project Department. Party and government leaders and employees in Kunming participated in the study on-site, while project managers and other key personnel participated in the study via DingTalk video at the construction site.

The special party lesson used the article "Strengthening Clean Risk Prevention and Control in State-owned Enterprises Bidding and Tendering through E-commerce Platforms" from the 17th issue of "China Discipline Inspection and Supervision" in 2021 as a case study. It analyzed and explained the integrity risks in bidding and tendering, and provided guidance and clarification on bidding work and project internal control.

Cui Yongzhi emphasized that Party and government leaders should enhance the "four consciousnesses", uphold the "two safeguards", ensure the implementation of superior directives, fulfill their work responsibilities, be politically clear-headed and courageous in taking on responsibilities; be responsible for Party governance, cultivate a strong style of work; be a leader in undertaking tasks and making achievements, maintaining integrity; be a person of integrity and self-discipline, setting an example of integrity and honesty.

Cui Yongzhi required: First, all cadres and employees of the Engineering Department should raise their awareness, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, learn from the lessons in the case study, and take warning; they should respect political discipline and abide by laws and regulations. Second, they should focus on key tasks and maintain integrity. In key internal control aspects such as bidding and tendering, they should strictly follow national laws and regulations, and the relevant management methods of the group and the company. Third, they should strengthen branch Party building work and unswervingly promote the in-depth development of strict Party governance. They should fully play the exemplary role of Party members, enhance Party members' Party spirit, and strengthen the integrity awareness of cadres and employees.

At the meeting, Cui Yongzhi also exchanged views on the construction of the Engineering Department's talent team.
