2 On October 10, the company's safety supervision and management department held a 2024 annual safety director's performance, integrity, and accountability meeting for grassroots units. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the company's 2025 annual work meeting and arranged and deployed the next step of safety production management work. The company's assistant general manager and safety director attended the meeting, along with safety directors from various grassroots units and all members of the safety supervision and management department.

At the meeting, 13 safety directors, through a combination of online and offline methods, delivered performance, integrity, and accountability reports in turn, focusing on the completion of key safety management tasks in 2024, job performance, existing shortcomings, and improvement measures. The attending leaders commented one by one, and the participants, based on the content of the reports and their actual performance in daily work, conducted democratic assessments of each safety director's safety production performance, adhering to the principle of objectivity and fairness.

The meeting fully affirmed the hard work and achievements of the safety management personnel in 2024 and put forward requirements for the next step of safety production management work: First, it is necessary to further establish management confidence, continuously improve the company's safety management level and execution, and effectively grasp and strengthen the safety production management work. We must identify pain points and difficulties, find existing problems and gaps, propose feasible solutions, leverage advantages, improve shortcomings, and provide strong support for the company's high-quality development with internal improvements.

Second, strictly implement the requirements of "six ones" and "six prohibitions" for the resumption of work and production projects to ensure that all the company's ongoing projects can resume work and production smoothly.

Third, strictly control the entry of mechanical equipment management to ensure that all equipment is accepted and qualified before being put into use. At the same time, it is necessary to actively organize and carry out accident case warning education, learn from past mistakes, and prevent problems before they occur.

Fourth, strengthen the learning and communication of professional knowledge. Safety management personnel at all levels should lead by example and be proactive. They should not only study safety knowledge in depth but also combine it with construction experience to strengthen their own capabilities to adapt to the continuous development and changes of the work.

Fifth, do a good job in the publicity and education of various safety management regulations. Safety management personnel at all levels should actively go to the front line for lectures and guidance. Through continuous publicity, education, and training, further enhance the safety awareness of operators and push the company's safety management work to a new level.
