1 On August 18, the company's Party committee held a comprehensive assessment meeting for middle-level managers of functional departments in 2024, and conducted a collective integrity talk. The company's leading group in Kunming and its expanded members attended the meeting, as well as the heads of functional departments, managers and secretaries of various grassroots units, and some employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Yang Yu, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union.

At the meeting, 13 middle-level managers of functional departments made on-site reports on their performance, integrity, and responsibilities regarding the completion of key tasks in 2024, their integrity, shortcomings, and future efforts. Other middle-level managers of functional departments submitted written reports on their performance, integrity, and responsibilities. Members of the company's leadership team commented on the on-site reports and daily performance of the middle-level managers of functional departments. Participants conducted democratic assessments and political quality assessments.
Jiang Ligang, secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman of the board, emphasized in his concluding remarks that middle-level managers of various functional departments should base themselves on the new stage, grasp the new situation, implement new requirements, unite and strive together to make a good start and lay a solid foundation for the company's development in the new era. First, strengthen theoretical education and improve ideological and political literacy. We must clearly advocate politics, comprehensively and systematically study the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and the Party's innovative theories, and promote learning to enter the minds and hearts. We must be good at combining theoretical learning with practical work, and continuously improve our political judgment, political understanding, and political execution.
Second, be brave in shouldering responsibilities and improving the ability to perform duties. Continuously improve business literacy and comprehensive capabilities, constantly update knowledge structure, and broaden horizons.
