12 On August 28, Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management team's work), went to the Yunlan Expressway electromechanical and traffic safety project, undertaken by the company's Eleventh Engineering Project Department, for investigation and guidance.

At the project site, Xu Yanlu checked the current construction progress along the line, focusing on key construction points such as the Xinjing Tunnel, Maigandian Super-large Bridge, and Lanping Toll Station. Regarding the project's safety, progress, and quality, Xu Yanlu made clear requirements: First, a safety line must be established, and various safety protection measures must be strictly implemented. Second, node target tasks must be anchored, construction organization optimized, coordination among various links strengthened, resources allocated rationally, and smooth project advancement ensured.
