At the beginning of this year, the Wuhua District government launched an upgrading and transformation project for old residential areas and their surrounding supporting infrastructure, and the company's Hongshan base family quarters were included in the scope of the transformation. The company attaches great importance to this transformation work, assigning a dedicated person from the logistics and stability department to be responsible and fully cooperate with the Kunjian Road community and the construction team to jointly promote the implementation of various transformation tasks.

Currently, the company's Hongshan base family quarters have completed a number of transformation projects: new cement roads have been laid; green trees have been planted; corridors have been repainted; leisure pavilions and clotheslines have been installed; and environmentally friendly trash cans have been added. In addition, the company has also upgraded the septic tank pipes, wells, and lines outside the government's transformation scope, further improving the community's infrastructure. To ensure that the transformed environment is maintained for a long time, the company has coordinated with the property management company to arrange dedicated personnel for daily cleaning, creating a clean and harmonious living environment for residents.

After the transformation, the Hongshan base family quarters have undergone a complete makeover: the roads are new, flat, beautiful, and generous; environmentally friendly trash cans have replaced the original trash rooms, making them more hygienic and convenient; the installation of clotheslines has solved the problem of residents drying clothes; and the leisure pavilions have become a good place for residents to rest and relax. The community image has been significantly improved, and the quality of life for residents has also been greatly enhanced.
