11 On July 7th, the company's Party Committee conducted an assessment of the advancement and upgrading of the Party branches of the 8th and 13th project departments, and held a democratic appraisal meeting. Jiang Ligang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, Yang Yu, Deputy Party Secretary, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, and Sun Jinyao, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the secretaries of the Party branches of the 8th and 13th project departments respectively reported on the progress of rectification work. After the report, a satisfaction survey on the Party branch's work was conducted, and the results were announced on the spot. Subsequently, the leaders in charge of the Party branches gave comments based on the work of the branches, fully affirming the achievements made by the two Party branches during the upgrading and rectification period. They urged all Party members of the 8th and 13th project departments to maintain confidence in development, use work implementation as a lever, perform their duties, take responsibility, and effectively promote the company's development.

Jiang Ligang requested that, firstly, political priorities should be emphasized, and the importance of the upgrading and rectification acceptance of the Party branch should be fully understood. Secondly, the education and management of Party members and cadres should be strengthened.
