The company held a special seminar on safety production.

To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on safety production, and further consolidate the company's safety production defense line, a special symposium on safety production was held on the afternoon of July 16. Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party Committee, director, and deputy general manager (presiding over the management work), Lu Chunping, chief economist, and Rui Tieming, deputy general manager, attended the meeting.

The meeting disseminated the spirit of the group's safety production business symposium, gave a detailed interpretation of the company's "Notice on Seriously and Carefully Implementing the "Double Confirmation, Double Supervision" Work in Safety Production," and made arrangements and deployments for the safety management work in the second half of the year.

The meeting emphasized: First, all levels of management personnel in the company should unify their thinking, continuously strengthen risk awareness, and effectively grasp various aspects of safety production work. Second, the six management elements of "people, machines, law, materials, environment, and finance" should be fully integrated into all aspects of project safety management, using systematic thinking to promote the in-depth development of safety management work. Third, we must adhere to the management concept of combining rewards and punishments, further clarifying the division of responsibilities, refining the assessment standards, and ensuring the effective implementation of the company's various safety management systems. Fourth, we must give full play to the role of collective wisdom and strengthen communication, exchange, and coordination among departments.

The meeting required that all cadres and employees of the company: First, firmly establish the awareness of red lines, maintain a high degree of vigilance, and always keep the safety production string tight. Second, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, strengthen special rectification, further sort out the problem list and formulate a measure list, and effectively put safety work into practice. Third, earnestly implement responsibilities, conscientiously perform their duties, and fully implement the requirements of "one post, two responsibilities" and "three managements, three musts." All functional departments and management levels must effectively assume their supervisory responsibilities, earnestly implement various safety measures, further build a safety responsibility network, and improve safety management levels. Fourth, continue to strengthen the study of laws, regulations, standards, and various professional knowledge.
