6 On June 28th, the No. 1 section of the raw ore system project of the Phase II expansion and renovation project of the Tibet Julong Copper Mine successfully completed the pouring of the -8.5-meter raft slab concrete for the No. 10 and No. 11 tunnels (22-26 axis intersecting B-L axis/19-26 axis intersecting A-D axis). The construction unit and the supervision unit participated in the on-site quality control and completed the acceptance, giving high praise to the work results of Section 1.

The pouring of the tunnel raft slab started on the afternoon of June 24th and lasted 84 hours, completing the pouring by the morning of the 28th, with a total of 3369.6 cubic meters poured. To ensure the smooth progress of the concrete pouring construction and that all pouring quality meets standards, before the pouring operation, Section 1 calculated the amount of concrete needed in advance and communicated with the mixing plant to ensure that the concrete could be supplied in a timely manner while meeting quality requirements. At the same time, on-site management personnel and team leaders gave detailed technical briefings to the workers and implemented a night shift system for management personnel. In addition, the project department prepared sufficient raincoats and rain boots to cope with the continuous rainfall and arranged for logistics personnel to provide full logistical support.

During the concrete pouring process, the project department management personnel and on-site construction management personnel strictly controlled the material inspection and testing work, clarified the order and quality control key points of the raft foundation concrete pouring, and the responsibilities of the construction personnel in various stages and aspects of the concrete transportation, pouring, vibration, temperature measurement, and testing, both inside and outside the site, ensuring that personnel and machinery were reasonably arranged during the pouring period and that all construction tasks proceeded in an orderly manner.

Finally, through strict on-site monitoring and 24-hour uninterrupted work by the construction personnel, the project department successfully completed the pouring of the No. 10 and No. 11 tunnel raft slabs, which not only created favorable conditions for promoting construction progress but also provided reliable assurance for the subsequent construction of the raw ore system.
