3 On March 31, the Group held a special meeting to promote the handling of suggestions from provincial people's congress representatives in 2024. The meeting earnestly implemented the spirit of the meeting on handing over suggestions, criticisms, and opinions from representatives of the Second Session of the 14th Yunnan Provincial People's Congress, and effectively handled the suggestions from provincial people's congress representatives. The meeting listened to the work reports on handling suggestions from representatives of the Second Session of the 14th Yunnan Provincial People's Congress in 2024, which were undertaken by the Basic Investment Company, Water Investment Company, and Provincial Water Company.

Meeting Requirements

First, we must focus on work goals and solidify responsibilities. All units should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the national and provincial Second Sessions of the 14th People's Congress, strictly follow relevant regulations, further improve the quality of handling suggestions from representatives, and earnestly regard handling suggestions from representatives as an important way to listen to the voices of the people, gather public opinion, change work styles, promote work, and accept supervision. We must firmly adhere to the "three 100%" work goals, carefully decompose work tasks, strengthen investigation and research, refine work measures, and conduct handling work in a practical and realistic manner to ensure the quality and efficiency of handling.

Second, we must maintain close contact with representatives and focus on communication and consultation. All units should strengthen communication and contact with representatives, adopt various methods such as visits, investigations, and symposiums to listen to the opinions of representatives "face-to-face," and through communication and contact, enable representatives to be more effectively informed about government affairs, more fully understand the progress of handling work, and more directly feel the pragmatic measures of the Group. The Provincial Water Company should strengthen communication and coordination with the Dianzhong Water Diversion Company, actively seek support, and jointly handle the suggestions from representatives. The Basic Investment Company and the Water Investment Company should strengthen communication and reporting with the main organizing units, actively cooperate with the main organizing units, and carefully study the handling opinions.

Third, we must strictly adhere to the handling time limit and provide good replies. All units should strengthen communication and exchange with relevant government leaders and representatives, solicit opinions from representatives, and actively reach a consensus. Fourth, we must strengthen tracking and supervision to ensure that practical results are achieved. The Group's General Office should conduct follow-up and effectiveness checks, increase the intensity of supervision, and ensure the quality and level of handling. All units should implement an account closing system, and follow the principle of "who is in charge, who replies, and who publicizes" to do a good job in publicizing the results of handling suggestions.
