3 On the afternoon of the 29th, the company's trade union held its second enlarged trade union committee meeting of 2024. Yang Yu, the company's deputy secretary of the Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union, attended the meeting and made arrangements and deployments for the next steps. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's trade union committee, secretaries of grassroots branches, chairmen of trade unions, and grassroots trade union staff.

At the meeting, everyone studied "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Discussions on the Working Class and Trade Union Work" and the "Group Company's Guiding Handbook for Happiness Construction Investment". Yang Yu conveyed the spirit of the Group's trade union's 2024 annual work conference and the 2023 annual trade union chairman's performance appraisal meeting, and listened to the company's trade union's financial work report and the completion of key tasks for the first quarter of 2024.

Yang Yu required: First, strengthen the training, selection, assessment and evaluation of trade union cadres, as well as on-site assessments of grassroots trade unions and performance appraisals of grassroots trade unions. Second, strengthen the construction of the industrial worker team, using both hard and soft approaches, and introduce more highly skilled talents. Third, actively organize various cultural and sports activities to enhance the sense of gain and happiness of cadres and employees. Fourth, the trade union should fully play its role as a bridge and link, ensuring communication between all levels. Fifth, adhere to the principle of putting employees first, focusing on issues that employees care about, doing good things and practical things for employees, effectively protecting the vital interests of employees, and further enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.

Finally, Yang Yu held a collective integrity talk with the participants, emphasizing the need to uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership and consciously accept the supervision of the organization and the masses; to pay attention to integrity outside of working hours, actively purify one's circle of friends, optimize one's social circle, and standardize one's work circle, taking the lead in doing various tasks outside of working hours; grassroots trade unions must ensure that procedures are compliant, documents are complete, and materials are comprehensive in future evaluations, activities, and condolence and assistance work, ensuring the standardized use of trade union funds, and better serving grassroots trade unions and employees.

This meeting was well-prepared and highly effective. Participants stated that they will continue to fulfill their basic responsibilities of rights protection and service in their future work, strengthen communication and exchanges with grassroots employees, continue to carry out joint construction activities, and effectively enhance the happiness of employees, ensuring the healthy development of the company's trade union work.
