Based on the situation at the project site, Chen Chunwen made the following requirements: First, the project manager should take the lead in implementing the "four weekly inspections" and "five countermeasures and one strengthening" activities, increasing attention to fire safety and high-altitude operations at the site, and paying particular attention to the safe use of suspended platforms.
