Sun Jinyao gave a special lecture on integrity to the Finance Department

2 On February 22, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, went to the company's finance department to deliver a special party lesson on integrity to all staff in the department.

Sun Jinyao required all financial personnel to: First, fully understand the importance of financial positions, conscientiously perform their duties, strengthen the standardized management of financial accounting, and further improve the standardization of business. Give full play to the supervisory role, uphold principles, strictly handle all business in accordance with regulations, and increase supervision of overseas projects and key projects. Second, focus on the integrity risk points of the department, strengthen institutional construction, improve internal management, restrain their words and deeds, strengthen integrity education, and strictly abide by and implement the spirit of the eight central regulations.

Third, strengthen the construction of the department team. Strengthen communication and exchanges with various functional departments and grassroots units of the company, strengthen internal assessment of chief accountants and key personnel, establish a correct orientation for selecting and employing people, and promptly adjust personnel who are unable to perform their duties.

Fourth, further change the work style. Practice the on-site work method, go deep into the project front line to understand the project implementation progress, the living conditions and difficulties of employees, pay attention to the payment of employee wages and issues such as expense reimbursement, assist in doing a good job in the financial revenue and expenditure plan, and ensure the safety and standardization of funds. Insist on one's position on principled and key issues and dare to say "no".

This special party lesson on integrity further enhanced the awareness of all staff in the department to abide by laws and regulations and engage in their work with integrity.
