To further refine the assessment of cadres and guide company cadres to continuously establish and practice the correct concept of performance, the company's Party committee organized the 2023 annual comprehensive assessment of grassroots units and middle-level cadres. This assessment work consists of nine comprehensive assessment teams, using methods such as summary reports, democratic appraisals, individual interviews, verification, and comprehensive analysis. Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, led the fourth comprehensive assessment team to the Seventh Engineering Project Department to conduct the annual comprehensive assessment.
