Yang Yu and his team conducted on-site inspections, listened to the project manager's report on the project's progress, safety, materials, and post-holiday work arrangements, and put forward corresponding work requirements.

Yang Yu emphasized: First, strengthen the management of the construction site and control construction costs. During the construction process, advance planning and reasonable arrangements of personnel, materials, and equipment should be made to avoid rework or wasted work. Second, strengthen safety management. Enhance the safety risk awareness of management personnel, increase the frequency and depth of safety training, strictly implement safety technical requirements, and ensure that safety production work is implemented in place. Third, strengthen the management of on-site materials. On-site construction materials should be classified and neatly stacked, signs should be clear and conspicuous, and entry and exit records should be kept. Fourth, strengthen the management of materials during the construction process. Construction process materials should be synchronized with the construction progress, and the compilation and submission of completion materials should be planned in advance. Fifth, strengthen the construction of the construction management team. Improve the business capabilities of management personnel, enhance team cohesion and work efficiency.
