The overall water pressure test of Boiler No. 1 for the Yuxi YuKun project of the Second Engineering Project Department was successfully completed.

10 On the afternoon of August 8th, witnessed by all participating parties and the boiler inspection personnel, the overall water pressure test of Boiler No. 1 for the Yuxi Yukun project of the Second Engineering Project Department was successfully completed.

This water pressure test, based on design requirements, had extremely high standards. The test pressure was 1.25 times the working pressure of the boiler drum, reaching as high as 23.8 MPa. The test water had to be demineralized water, with detailed requirements for water temperature (30-70℃), PH value (above 10.5), and chloride ion content (less than 0.2mg/L). After the water pressure test plan was approved, the project department management personnel strictly followed the plan, working day and night. To ensure the test process was flawless, from the start of water filling to the completion of pressure relief, everyone repeatedly checked every weld and every valve (component), not daring to be the slightest negligent. As the pressure approached the test pressure, everyone was even more vigilant, remaining on site for 24 hours, continuously monitoring the situation to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the test.

After 7 days of unremitting efforts, at 3:32 PM on October 8th, according to the test plan procedure, the pressure slowly dropped to zero, marking the complete success of the overall water pressure test of Boiler No. 1.
