On January 5th, the company's manager's office and Human Resources department conducted a training session on business etiquette and meeting service standards in the company's multi-functional report hall. A total of 60 company employees participated in the training, which was conducted via DingTalk live stream and on-site instruction.

The training specially invited three etiquette training instructors from Yunnan Provincial Housing Property Management Co., Ltd. to give on-site lectures, and Ai Yongxin, general manager of Yunnan Provincial Housing Property Management Co., Ltd., gave a mobilization speech for the training.

The three instructors vividly introduced the relevant knowledge of business etiquette and meeting services from aspects such as the value of etiquette image, basic etiquette, business etiquette in specific scenarios, reception management process, meeting service workflow, and catering reception process. Through theoretical explanation, demonstration operation, on-site practice, and interactive teaching methods, the enthusiasm of the on-site trainees was fully mobilized, and the trainees truly put the training into practice through interactive participation.

Through this training, the company's employees' comprehensive quality has been further improved, the standards of business etiquette and meeting services have been standardized, and a solid foundation has been laid for establishing a good corporate image.
