The company organized a special lecture on Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law

To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law and fully implement the Group's requirements on the "13th Five-Year Plan" for legal publicity and education and the 2021 plan for legal publicity and education, on the afternoon of December 17, the company's legal affairs department organized a special lecture on Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law. More than 60 company cadres and employees participated in the lecture.

This lecture invited lawyer Song Di, an expert consultant from Shanghai Duan and Duan (Kunming) Law Firm, to give a lecture. The course first conducted an in-depth explanation of the important significance of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law. From four perspectives: theoretical significance, political significance, practical significance, and legal significance, it expounded the strategic guiding role of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law in the current development of enterprises.

Afterwards, Lawyer Song explained the main connotations of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, namely "Eleven Adherences," meticulously explaining why it is necessary to uphold the Party's leadership, how to uphold the people-centered approach, and what is the core meaning of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Finally, Lawyer Song combined the company's actual situation to explain the new requirements of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law for state-owned enterprises: First, leading cadres at all levels must take the lead in observing laws and disciplines; second, every employee must strictly observe laws and disciplines; third, every leader and employee in every position must be good at making full use of the law to work better; fourth, enterprises must, in accordance with the law, formulate and implement the company's various rules and regulations more fully.

Through this lecture, all participating cadres and employees further understood the important significance and main connotations of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, and had a further understanding of learning, observing, and applying the law.
