To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, persistently rectify the "four winds," and continuously create a positive atmosphere within the company. The company's Discipline Inspection Commission continues to strengthen its efforts, further strengthening its supervision and inspection work. In strict accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Plan for Open and Secret Inspections during Holidays," a special supervision and inspection team composed of the Finance Department, Audit Department, and Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office was formed to conduct a special inspection of the financial vouchers of four grassroots units from October 8 to 9, 2021.

This inspection mainly focused on whether there were any problems such as false or inflated reporting of domestic travel allowances and intra-city transportation subsidies; whether employees in Kunming base and project sites applied for hotel accommodation under the pretext of business trips; the rationality and compliance of business reception and meeting expenses; whether there was any violation in the use of official vehicles; violations such as using public funds for banquets, purchasing high-end cigarettes and alcohol, and festival gifts; and issues such as cost shifting. Special supervision and inspection was conducted on these issues.
Although no violations were found during the entire inspection process, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission urged the relevant units and departments to rectify problems such as lax implementation of regulations, insufficiently refined management, and non-standard document organization in some units, further standardizing management and strictly managing personnel and affairs in accordance with the company's management system.
Through this supervision and inspection, the understanding and determination of various units in implementing the Central Eight-Point Regulation, implementing the ten prohibitions, and preventing the resurgence of the "four winds" problems have been further enhanced, strengthening the enforcement of various regulations by company cadres and employees and effectively enhancing the company's integrity awareness from top to bottom.
