On the morning of July 30th, the company held a "2021 Project Receivables Collection Intensive Action Responsibility Letter Signing Ceremony" in the fifth-floor meeting room. Members of the company's leadership team in Kunming, managers and secretaries of various grassroots units, and heads of functional departments attended the meeting. At the meeting, Cui Yongzhi signed responsibility letters with various grassroots units.

In accordance with the overall deployment of the group's debt collection work, and to comprehensively promote the smooth completion of the debt collection work, the company formulated the 2021 Responsibility Letter for the Intensive Action to Collect Receivables from Various Engineering Projects.
Cui Yongzhi emphasized that the signing of this responsibility letter aims to strive to achieve a balance between production funds income and expenditure, reduce the company's operating risks, and ensure the normal operation of the company's production and operation.
Zhang Yuling pointed out that it is hoped that through this intensive action to collect receivables, the company's debt collection supervision and constraint mechanism will be continuously strengthened, the utilization rate of funds for various projects will be improved, and the collection of receivables from various grassroots units will be comprehensively promoted.
The responsibility letter defines the scope of responsibility based on the actual situation of projects in various grassroots units, and clarifies the responsibilities, responsible parties, and timeframes for each grassroots unit. The company will conduct monthly assessments of the completion of debt collection by various grassroots units, and the assessment results will be included as assessment indicators in the annual asset management responsibility system of various grassroots leadership teams.
