Opening Ceremony of the Group Party Committee's Training Class on the 19th Central Committee's Fifth Plenary Session and Party History Learning and Education

On March 30, the Party Committee of the Group organized a training class on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Party history learning and education. Chen Wenshuang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group Company, attended and delivered a mobilization speech.

Chen Wenshuang demanded that participants fully understand the importance of learning and training, and with a sense of urgency of 'time and tide wait for no man' and a proactive attitude of eagerness to learn, strengthen the study of political theory and professional knowledge, and strengthen the confidence and determination for development; they should deeply understand the significance of carrying out the study of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Party history learning and education, correctly grasp the goals and requirements of carrying out education and training, grasp the historical context and times requirements of the Party's development, improve their political standing, scientifically plan the Group's reform and development cause and the '14th Five-Year Plan' work measures, and truly achieve the goals of learning Party history, understanding ideology, doing practical things, and opening up a new situation; they should adhere to the combination of learning and application, continuously enhance their ability to perform their duties, and truly apply the knowledge they have learned to their work to solve the difficulties and problems they face in their work; they should strengthen the learning style, with a highly responsible attitude towards the organization, the cause, and the individual, cherish this rare learning opportunity, and ensure that the training achieves solid results.

This four-day training session invited high-level party school teachers and experts to give lectures, and set up rich training content including the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, Party history, deepening state-owned enterprise reform, clean government education, safety management, and aluminum mold technology. During the training, thematic guidance, video teaching, and sharing of experiences will be used to carry out learning and education activities in depth. To meet the needs of the new situation and tasks of the Group's development, and continuously consolidate the theoretical foundation of leading cadres, so that the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and the glorious history of the Party are more deeply ingrained in their minds, the training class on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and Party history learning and education is planned to be held in four sessions to achieve full coverage of middle-level cadres in the Group.

A total of 149 middle-level cadres, including the expanded members of the Group's leadership team, the heads and deputy heads of various departments of the headquarters, and the chairmen and general managers of various units, participated in this training. Relevant responsible persons from the Group's Party Committee's work department attended the opening ceremony.
