On December 29, 2020, the company held a special training session on the "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" Implementation Rules for Construction Projects. Cui Yongzhi, the company's deputy secretary of the Party committee and manager, attended the meeting.

The meeting emphasized the importance of earnestly implementing the Group's new development concept and high-quality development strategy. Using the Group's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" Implementation Rules for Construction Projects as the starting point and focus, the meeting stressed maintaining a firm grip on project management to further improve the company's project management level and reach a new level. Cui Yongzhi required that: First, the study of the Group's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" Implementation Rules for Construction Projects must be implemented among every frontline project manager, ensuring everyone learns and understands; Second, learning is a continuous process.
