The boiler drum for the Phase II Qigongbu Tangshan Fengrun garbage incineration power generation project has been successfully installed.

6 Month 19 Day 18 Point 29 Minutes, the boiler drum of the Tangshan Fengrun garbage incineration power generation project Phase II of the Seventh Engineering Department was successfully installed.

This project is the first garbage incineration power generation project undertaken by the Seventh Engineering Project Department, a one-boiler-one-machine project, with a garbage processing capacity of 500t/d ，and an evaporation capacity of 45.8t/h ，with a single boiler drum weighing 21 tons, length 11 meters, and installation center elevation of 34.78m。

During the installation, the Phase I boiler was operating normally. There were interfering factors such as poor ventilation and excessive noise at the site. The Phase II boiler installation was entirely within a large package frame, with the plant's fire lane outside the frame. There was no condition for steel frame assembly on site, and large cranes could not be used. All boiler steel frames had to be installed one by one. To ensure high-quality completion of the installation work, careful study and consideration were given to each step of the installation. Through careful planning and coordination, overtime work was used to seize the working face for the boiler drum installation, ensuring that the quality and safety of the entire installation process were controllable.

The boiler drum installation used two 5 ton winches for hoisting via a pulley system. 6 Month 19 Day 14 Point 10 After all preparations were completed, after repeated checks by the owner, the supervisor, and various project technicians, the test hoisting began. After the test hoisting was successful, the formal hoisting began at 17:45 and after three stops for inspection, the installation was successfully completed at 18 Point 29 minutes.
