To implement the arrangements and deployments of the company's first session of the fifth representative congress, focusing on the quality and efficiency of development, and achieving annual business targets, the company held a mid-year business work meeting 7 month 3 day in the fifth-floor conference room. The company's leadership team (expanded) members at home, heads of various functional departments of the organs, and major leaders at all levels attended the meeting. The meeting conveyed the company's 2020 year's first-half business analysis and reported on the company's 2020 year's first-half overall business situation. All grassroots levels reported on the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness in current business work, highlights and problems in the first-half business work, the situation of completing the business targets proposed by the company's first session of the fifth representative congress, and the current situation of major tracked projects. The company's business vice manager and other members of the leadership team, based on the actual situation, gave detailed explanations of the problems existing in business management, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions: 2020 First, to do a good job in tracking the project of the "Year Yunnan Provincial Government Special Bond List", and make good use of the group's "Management Measures for Business Financing Construction Projects"; second, to strengthen the management of bidding and pre-settlement, improve the quality of technical bidding preparation, and enhance bidding competitiveness; third, to strengthen the tracking of key major projects, strengthen internal communication within the group, continuously expand cooperation with reputable and powerful owners such as YunTou, DianTou, Hongyun Honghe, and Poly Group, and actively expand the external market; fourth, to recognize the situation, pay attention to anti-corruption and integrity, consciously abide by the eight central regulations, and achieve "dedication to work, cherish positions, honesty and trustworthiness, and legal operation"; fifth, to further strengthen the awareness of all-staff business, strengthen the construction of the business team, carefully sort out regional business, implement the responsibility system for major projects, and ensure the completion of annual targets; sixth, to expand the market on-site, strictly in accordance with the group's "four guarantees, one control, one tree" requirements, establish a good corporate image, and enhance market competitiveness.

Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and manager, said that in the first half of the year, the company's business work has achieved good results. As business workers, we must always maintain a sense of crisis, maintain a "zeroing" mentality, and treat the gains and losses in business work with the state of "everything in the past is a prologue." First, the completion of targets shows a "polarization" trend, with some units exceeding the stage targets and some units still "waiting to be fed". In the following business work, all units should conduct self-summary, find reasons from themselves, take the initiative to attack, actively explore, and have the courage to "break through the ceiling and achieve new breakthroughs." In the operation of projects, we should do a good job from following up on project construction information, to keeping up with project implementation progress, and finally promoting project implementation and effectiveness; second, the company should firmly establish the idea of "one chessboard", be based on their posts, perform their duties, be brave to take responsibility, and take care of the overall situation. In terms of ideology, actions, and goals, they should always maintain consistency with the company, put their own work into the overall situation to think and position themselves, consciously obey the overall situation, and resolutely uphold the overall situation. Third, adhere to expanding the market on-site, and it must be clear that "without a convincing on-site, the future market will be lost"; fourth, attention should be paid to talent cultivation. Through independent cultivation and external introduction, we should strengthen the absorption of talents in business and technology, and consolidate our own foundation; fifth, in the process of carrying out business work, we must "tighten the high-voltage line and build a firewall" and operate legally.

Wu Qian, secretary of the company's Party committee and vice manager, affirmed the business work of various departments in the first half of the year and pointed out , First, various departments should help each other, unite and strive for progress together, further enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the company's grassroots team, and lay a solid foundation for the company's development; second, attention should be paid to business methods. Business work is divided into internal and external aspects. In internal business, a monthly business meeting system should be formed; in external business, communication and exchanges should be strengthened with the "five major investment and financing platforms" and "seven major business departments" within the group. For units with good relationships, annual communication and exchanges can be carried out between the teams at least once a year. Third, maintain a good mentality, achieve "happy work, happy life", treat work and family with a good spirit, and must cooperate in work, orderly and efficiently complete work, and in free time, learn more about business knowledge and current affairs politics, supplement their own spirit, and recharge their minds.

Gu Yongmao, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman, concluded his speech by requiring: First, the completion of targets among various departments is extremely unbalanced. Units with good target completion should not be complacent, should always maintain a sense of crisis, and should specifically analyze how many new contracts can be completed in the second half of the year and how to transfer more contracts for the next year. The analysis work should be realistic and feasible. Units with poor target completion should not panic, increase confidence, obtain support from the company at different levels, and steadily advance various tasks according to their predetermined goals, striving to complete the business targets; second, although the completion of business targets in the first half of the year is good, we cannot relax. Opportunities are fleeting; seizing them is an opportunity, and failing to seize them is a challenge. We must enhance our sense of crisis and cannot wait, watch, or slack off. In the next step, everyone should work hard, work hard, continuously improve the regional business division, clarify the person and unit in charge, and for the investment sector within the group, we can divide 1-3 departments to track projects and increase business in the investment sector within the group; third, in the management of projects outside the province and overseas projects, more research should be conducted, and standardized management should be achieved in all aspects; fourth, attention should be paid to emotional management. In business work, communication ability is a very important personal quality. Communication can strengthen cooperation between the two parties and facilitate the development of business work. We should seize the moment and express appropriate emotions in appropriate situations in an appropriate way, and do a good job in emotional management.
